Sam has been part of our journey for several years, serving as a Non-Executive Director, where he provided strategic guidance and valuable insight into our operations. His appointment as CEO marks an exciting new chapter for our company.

In his new role, Sam will lead Benchmark Property Consultants into its next phase of growth, with a strong focus on strengthening client relationships, driving innovation, and building on the solid foundation we have established in the property consulting sector.
