- Identification, screening and vetting of buyers and disposal program management
- Transaction management and risk identification throughout acquisition process
- Undertake financial, technical and legal due diligence on new acquisitions
- Facilitate capital raising with financial institutions
- Present opportunities to Client's investment committee or investments officials
- Facilitate lease renewals or negotiations during transaction
