Tenant Coordination
Tenant coordination is a critical factor in the success of retail, commercial, and residential projects. Our role is to address tenant needs while safeguarding the landlord’s interests and maintaining the highest property standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants regarding queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Facilitate communication between professional teams, tenants, landlords, property managers, and service providers.
- Monitor the distribution of project design and construction documentation including updates as required.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, tenants, and professional consultants.
- Ensure all leasing timelines and key dates are met.
- Track tenant costings and oversee the sign-off and payment of tenant account agreements.
- Manage tenant onboarding and exit processes (e.g., lease handover, move-in/move- out coordination).
- Monitor site progress, coordinate handover to tenants, and ensure all snags are resolved and signed off.
- Support property management in preparing and distributing tenant communication.
- Coordinate site inspections with tenants and contractors.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive project close-out documentation to both landlord and tenant.
